The album art update issues within Windows Media Player (the current version 12, in my case) exist on all of these computers (three different brands). I am currently using Windows 7 on two computers and Windows 8.1 on another. Do you note some bitterness amidst the frustration? This is a question that has been asked repeatedly year after year after year, but Microsoft has apparently not seen fit to address it or fix it.
